2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial forecasting purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The forecasting models and projections provided by this Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, medical, or professional advice. The materials on the Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Pharmaceutical Forecasting or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Forecasts

While we strive to provide accurate forecasting models, the projections generated are estimates based on the parameters you provide. Actual results may vary significantly. You acknowledge that:

• Forecasts are mathematical models and not guarantees of future performance
• You are responsible for validating all assumptions and inputs
• Market conditions, regulatory changes, and other factors can significantly impact actual outcomes
• You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated forecasts), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pharmaceutical Forecasting. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your forecasts and data remain your property.

8. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
